The service
wholesale.dev provides retailer discovery and contact verification, outreach tools and a hosted wholesale portal for product brands. You may send approved outreach through the service using an optional verified domain, or export verified contacts for use in your own email system. You remain responsible for how you use exported contacts.
Subscription and payment
New customers may receive one 14-day free trial per business account, subject to the usage limits displayed at signup. A payment method is required, but no subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless canceled before it ends, the service then costs $99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes, and renews automatically. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can update payment details, view invoices or cancel from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then. Except where required by law, charges already paid are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Outreach sent through wholesale.dev must be truthful, relevant business communication. Every message requires your explicit approval before it sends. You must comply with applicable marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws, honour requests not to be contacted, and avoid deceptive, irrelevant or abusive outreach. We may suspend accounts that put recipients, the platform or email infrastructure at risk.
Accounts and availability
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in email secure and have authority to act for the business you register. Contact verification reduces invalid addresses but does not guarantee delivery, replies or commercial results. We may maintain, change or discontinue features and will use reasonable care to keep the service available.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of business content you provide. You permit us to process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Your use of retailer information must have a lawful basis. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
