Who we are
wholesale.dev is operated by Realtime Communications Ltd. This policy covers the public website, customer accounts, hosted portals, retailer prospecting and billing services.
What we collect
We process account and sign-in details, business and website information, portal content, settings and service usage. Prospecting can process publicly available retailer details, verified business email addresses and your outreach records. Stripe receives the payment and billing details needed to process your subscription; we store Stripe customer, subscription and payment-status identifiers, not full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, generate and maintain portals, discover and verify retailer contacts, deliver approved outreach, provide support, administer subscriptions and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
We use vetted providers for payments, hosting, email delivery, DNS, website and maps discovery, contact verification and AI-assisted content. This includes Stripe for billing and Resend for service email. Providers process only the information needed for their role and may process it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We retain account and service data while your account is active and afterwards only as needed for security, legal, tax, dispute and suppression-record obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is held. You can request account deletion, subject to records we must retain.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing by contacting us at support@realtimecomms.co.uk. UK GDPR applies where relevant, and you may complain to the ICO.
